About this site
This is the portfolio and contact site of Toni Barisic, a freelance web developer based in Split, Croatia. It shows my work and lets you get in touch about building a website or an internal tool. You can reach me at info@tonibarisic.com.
Using the site
You are welcome to browse the site, view the project examples, send a message, and book an introductory call. In return, please do not:
- Use the site for anything unlawful
- Try to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to it or its systems
- Scrape or copy it in bulk through automated means
- Send false information through the forms
Inquiries and bookings
Sending a message or booking a call is a way to start a conversation, not a binding contract. It does not commit either of us to a project. Any actual work is agreed separately through its own written quote and agreement, which set out the scope, price, and timeline.
Intellectual property
The design, code, text, and project case studies on this site belong to Toni Barisic, except where client work is shown with permission, in which case it stays the property of its owners. Please do not copy or reuse any of it without asking first.
Links and examples to other sites
The site links out to places such as Instagram and to live or demo versions of projects. I do not control those external sites and I am not responsible for their content or their own policies. The project examples are shown to illustrate my work and may differ from their current live versions.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. I try to keep everything accurate and working, but I cannot guarantee that it will always be available, error free, or up to date, and the examples shown are for illustration.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, I am not liable for any loss or damage that results from using, or being unable to use, this site or anything linked from it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, and any dispute about them falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Croatian courts.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the date of the last change shown at the top.
